Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love what you've ordered! But just in case you're not 100% satisfied, we'll help you to do cancellation, exchange or return.

Cancel Order:

1. If you ask to cancel the order within 12 hours after the order is placed, your order can be cancelled free of charge. Please contact our customer service email or online chat in time.

2. If you ask to cancel the order more than 12 hours since the order is placed and before the time we ship out the items, we will charge a 10% handling fee of the item price. (The fee is paid for order processing manpower cost)

4. If you ask to cancel the order after we ship out the items, the order couldn't be cancelled, hope you understand.

Exchange or Refund:

If you receive a wrong color, wrong size, damaged product or product with any other quality issues, you can return the product for exchange or full refund within 30 natural days since the date when the package is delivered. In such a condition, we'll pay for the return shipping fee. Please contact us as soon as possible. In other conditions, please follow below rules to return for exchange or refund.

1. The return or exchange product must be brand new, unworn, unwashed, tags on, no stain, and in their original packaging. If the product is used or damaged due to your improper operation, we couldn't accept return and exchange. Hope you can understand.

2. Please contact us as soon as possible since the date you receive the product. Your return and exchange period is 30 natural days since the date the package is delivered. Our email is [email protected]. Our customer service representative will send you a return address.

3. If the size doesn't fit you well becaue you choose a wrong size at first, choose a wrong color, or you don't want it for any other personal reason, you can return the package for exchange or refund. You need to pay the return shipping fee at your own cost. We'll do exchange or refund the product price fee ( the total order fee minus the shipping fee) within 3-5 business days since the date the package is delivered.

4. For the return shipping company, please choose a safe logistics company like USPS (this is specially for US customers) . We couldn't do refund until we receive the return.

5. Once we accept your return request, please return the products to our company to the address provided by our customer service. After we receive the item(s), we'll do a quality check. If the product condition is as the original condition, we'll begin the refund or exchange process. The exchange or refund will normally be processed within 3-5 business days. Once your refund is processed, your PayPal account or the original card you used to pay will receive a refund from us. If the return item is not as the original condition we shipped out it, you need to responsible for the inconsistent item(s), we couldn't begin to proceed with the exchange or refund until we reach an agreement with you.

6. If you don't receive a refund after a period of time we offered the refund, please check with PayPal or contact your origianl card bank you used to pay.
