Shipping

Currently we have two different shipping methods, if you buy 2 items or more and choose standard shipping, we will use express shipping instead.

Place order → You will receive an order confirmation letter → We will process the order within 1-3 Buisness Days → The goods will be shipped out - You receive the goods.

Attention:

1) Please fill in your detailed physical address. Please do not fill in the P.O. BOX address. We can only use standard shipping for P.O. Boxes, no matter what kind of shipping way you choose.

2) Shipping time does not include 1-3 business days processing time required to process your order from the date your order is placed.

3) The express shipping 3-5 business is for United States, for other countries the express shipping time will take 3-7 business days.

4) If you want to change your order information, please contact us within 24 hours.

5) We will make every effort to deliver your package ASAP. However, additional time may be required due to invalid addresses, custom clearance issues or holiday here.

6) If there is any shipping issue with your package , you must contact Customer Support within 90 days after your order was placed. ( customer service email: [email protected]).
